SpeakSafely — Corporate whistleblowing and ethics hotline

What is SpeakSafely? A Brazilian SaaS whistleblowing and corporate ethics-hotline platform, founded in 2022 in Porto Alegre, with multi-channel intake (WhatsApp, web, email, Slack, 0800), technical anonymity, and features aligned with Lei 14.457, NR-01, and LGPD — with no implementation fee.

Our mission

Turn a culture of reporting into a culture of protection and trust.

We believe effective reporting channels do not exist to tick a box — they exist to protect people. We built SpeakSafely so any employee, regardless of seniority or fear of retaliation, can speak with security and real anonymity.

Our platform helps companies work toward the legal obligations created by Lei 14.457/2022 (CIPA), NR-01, Brazil’s Anti-Corruption Law (12.846/2013), LGPD and international references such as ISO 37002 e ISO 37301 — without months of implementation or an initial setup fee.

Our values

What guides us

Real anonymity

No reporting channel works without real anonymity. We do not collect, store, or infer data that could identify a reporter without that person’s consent.

Human design

Cold, technical forms suppress reports. We design every step so employees feel safe speaking up — customers have seen up to 3x more reports.

Legal alignment

SpeakSafely is developed and updated to support Brazilian and international requirements, including Lei 14.457, NR-01, LGPD, ISO 37002, and ISO 37301. It does not replace legal advice.

Operational simplicity

Go-live in hours, not months. An interface for HR, Legal, and Compliance administrators — without mandatory complex training or required external consulting.
